CSA anti-cracking waterproof agent of concrete is a kind of rigid anti-cracking waterproof material prepared with many organic and inorganic components, not only including high efficiency expanding & anti-cracking components, high efficiency CSA expansion agent, which is a patented product of Tangshan Polar Bear Co***ny, but also the plastic expansion component as well as anti-seepage & shrinkage-reducing component. The plastic expansion, post-hardening expansion and reduction functions are successively and organically integrated into the product and in this manner the double purposes of waterproof and anti-cracking performance are accomplished. The performance of the agent not only meets the requirement of JC476-1988 Concrete Expansion Agent Standard but also meets the requirement of JC474-1999 Waterproofing Agent of Mortar and Cement Standard. In order to satisfy the requirement of product conveyance with pump as well as the requirements of different projects, temperatures and concrete strength etc, the CSA anti-cracking waterproof agent of concrete can be prepared with multiple functions such as anti-seepage, anti-cracking, water reduction, retarding, fast intensification, high intensity, freeze-proof, and pump conveyance..

Performance Features
(1) After mixing certain quantity CSA waterproofing agent (proportion: 9-11% of the material) into cement, the plastic shrinkage of concrete will be lessened, 0.02% slight expansion will occur, and the volume reduction of concrete will be compensated or lessened. As a result of anti-seepage dense component and shrinkage reducing component, the concrete has little shrinkage at later stage, and the concretes denseness is higher than that of the concrete added with expansion agent.
