Polar Bear Non-Shrink grouting material is blended through a special procedure by specially selected cementitious material, carefully selected fine aggregate and admixture. It owns the characteristics of high flow, non-shrinkage, early strength and high strength. Functionally they are divided into two categories include four products: High strength, Extra early strength.
Uses:
1. Heavy equipment, High precision grinder.
2. Erection Engineering of Structural steel
3. Grouting to column foundation, pile foundation and Rock foundation to fixation.
4. Anchoring of frame structure joint
5. Repair to the honey-comb and holes of reinforced concrete structure
6. Repair & Reinforcement to concrete structure

Using methods:
Foundation treatment:
1. Scaling and cleaning will be applied to the concrete base
2. Solvent should be adopted to clear up the rust and oil on the bottom (the surface that will contact grout) of equipment
3. Molding board joint should be treated well to ensure grouting material wont leak.
4. Before grouting ,keep the concrete bed wet without water
Mixing
1.Pour required amount water into the barrel first, then add a bag of material stir for about 5 minutes.
2. When stirring, the stir vane should move up and down, left and right along the barrel side in order to make the materials adhered to the bottom and side involved in mixing operation. The stir vane is not allowed to be above the mixture |
